Terms of service

  1. The sale is open to all Miami-based Starboard and Onboard Media employees.
  2. Access will be granted based on an authorized Starboard/ Onboard email address. For the DC warehouse team, access will be granted via personal email address.
  3. Each email account is permitted to purchase a maximum of 2 items.
  4. NO RESALE allowed of any item for commercial purposes.

  5. All sales are final - no returns/no exchanges - No exceptions
  6. Payment method: Exclusively on the website via Credit/Debit card only. Unfortunately, payroll deductions are not an option.

  7. Curbside pick-up schedule and details will be communicated to you no later than 48 business hours after purchase. Every employee must collect their own purchased items.

  8. If an employee wants to assign a coworker to pick up their purchase, please send an email to EmployeeSale@starboardcruise.com for approval; ensure to put in copy the person responsible for retrieving your purchase.
